Conditions and Cancellation and Refunds Policies

Registration
Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. Individual registrations are available via the online Registration Form at www.eos2012.com. For company group bookings, please request further instructions from the Registration office: Tel: +34.981569040 • E-mail: secretariat@eos2012.com

An additional fee of € 50 will be charged for all onsite registrations.

The Congress Fee Includes:
• Participation in all lectures and access to the exhibition area.
• Congress bag including programme and abstract book.
• Admission to Opening Ceremony & Get-Together Cocktail, Opening of Exhibition.
• Admission to President's Reception.
• Coffee at the exhibition area during the breaks.

The Accompanying Person's Fee Includes
• Admission to Opening Ceremony & Get-Together Cocktail, Opening of Exhibition.
• Admission to President's Reception.
• Guided visit to Old Town.

Payment
Payment in Euros, without any charges to the beneficiary, should be made:

• By bank transfer (You should send us the bank transfer copy by fax (+34 981569042) or by e-mail secretariat@eos2012.com)
• By Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa are welcome)

Please Note:
• Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s).
• All payments should have the remark "EOS 2012 ".
• For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
• Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form VAT (8%) is included in the registration fee.

Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in your personal area

Registration and payments submitted to EOS 2012 after 10 June, 2012 wil be update at your personal area but in this case please bring the copy of the Registration Form, as well as the proof of payment of your registration fee with you.

Changes to applications
Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of € 20.

Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations of registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat EOS 2012 (secretariat@eos2012.com).

Cancellation received no later than 16 May 2012 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of € 50.

Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after 16 May 2012 will not be refunded.

President's reception (June 20th), Cathedral reception, Postgraduate Disco (June 21st), and more social events.

Tours

Trips and social activities in the low estuaries (Rías Baixas). Enjoy typical Galician food and wines.
