Language
The official congress language is English.
Registration Desk
Registration and information desks will be located at the Palacio de Congresos and will be open during the congress.
Lunch and Refreshments
Lunches are not included in the delegates' registration fee. However, the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones has a Restaurant – Cafeteria and several restaurants are located in and around the congress center. Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Coffee and tea will be served in the exhibition area during the breaks.
Climate and Clothing
During June the temperature is mostly warm. The average temperature in the daytime is 13-25°C. At night it may be cooler, so it is advisable to bring some warmer clothes. Occasional rain showers may occur. For information go to: www.meteogalicia.com
Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each participant who registers and attends the congress and courses.
Attendance at sessions is required.
Photographing and Video Recording
Photographing or video recording of oral and poster presentations is not permitted.
Sponsorships and Exhibition
Sponsorship packages, exhibition space and other advertising possibilities are available for companies wishing to be part of the EOS 2012 congress.

Liability
By registering for the congress and/or by participating in the exhibition, participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress secretariat assume any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property during the congress. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurance.
Travel Information
Travelling to Santiago de Compostela is easy. There is one international airport which is the destination of almost every airline. There are also are two international airports (Vigo and A Coruña) 1 hour from Santiago de Compostela. There is one central bus station and one train station. More info.
