Rules for installation and removal

You can read the complete list of rules for installation and removal of stands PDf. Here you have a summary:

  • Merchandise start to be received on Monday June, 11th, from 9,00 am. All items must have the following information clearly indicated: name of the Congress, stand number, name of the exhibiting company, number of pieces, name and mobile phone no. of the person in charge of the stand.

  • The installation of stands will start at 09.oo h. on Saturday, June 16th and will finish at 19.00h on Monday, June 18th. The Congress Palace opening hours are: 09.00h-19.00h.

  • The height permitted to the stands depends on its emplacement within the GALICIA CONGRESS AND EXHIBITIONS PALACE. Most of them can have until 4 meters of height, with the exception of: 9, 10, 11; 54 to 67; 92 to 95; these ones cannot exceed 2.50 meters of height.

  • All stands must be completely installed at 8.00h on Tuesday, June 19th, when the cleaning service will work in the exhibition area. For additional cleaning service visit the private area of exhibitors in the Web page of the 2012 EOS Congress.

  • Furniture. All companies that need furniture must send the attached form properly filled in before 15th May 2012. Catalogues will be available in the private area of exhibitors in the Web page of the 20121 Congress.

Fees:
Stands num. 1-56 : 600,00€ m2 + 18% VAT
Stands num. 57-121 : 400,00€m2 + 18% VAT 

  • If all the stands located inside the Congress Palace are booked, exhibition tents can be installed in Congress Palace’s parking area. The cost of those stands is 400,00€ m2 + 18% VAT

  • The fee includes the following services:

    • Exhibition Space
    • Conference program

Note: Every additional service (extra furniture, audio-visual media, conference hostesses, Wi-Fi, cleaning, electrical power etc.) must be previously requested and separately contracted according to the exhibiting company’s needs.

President's reception (June 20th), Cathedral reception, Postgraduate Disco (June 21st), and more social events.

Tours

Trips and social activities in the low estuaries (Rías Baixas). Enjoy typical Galician food and wines.
