Options for Sponsorship
It is almost impossible to organise a large convention without the support of interested parties. We would like to invite you to contribute to the success of this event in one or more of the following avenues:
- As a sponsor of the Congress,
- As an advertiser in the congress material (flyers and other printed material to be delivered in the congress bag),
- As a web advertiser,
- By participating in the Congress Exhibition of technical material, commercial and pharmaceutical products,
- By special presentation of your product: via satellite symposia, workshop, opening ceremony, other social events, etc.
Sponsors
Sponsors are free to make their selection from the list of sponsorship options. Sponsors supporting the Congress to a certain value will fall into different levels of categories. Sponsor categories are as follows:

The various level sponsors will be given priority (until the indicated deadlines), and will be treated on a "first come - first served" basis among the other sponsors at the same level.
Level sponsors will enjoy the following additional benefits:
Platinum Sponsors
- Acknowledgement as a Platinum Sponsor in the Final Programme and on the Congress home page.
- Empty exhibition space size of 40 sqm. Platinum sponsor(s) will be able to choose their booth space location(s) within the given exhibition area layout, among the given 40 sqm booth spaces.
- Satellite Symposia (45 minutes duration to be held in the given hall during lunch time, and in the evening after the
official scientific programme). - Only the rental fee is included, any AV requirements and hospitality services will be priced and provided exclusively.
- Two advertisements in the Final Programme (full inside colour page on the right; excl. films).
- Logo on the Congress website with a link to Sponsor's web page.
- Acknowledgement in President's address at the Opening and Closing Ceremony.
- Six complimentary registrations
- Congress logo for use on sponsor's promotional leaflets.
- Ten complimentary tickets for both the Gala Dinner and President's Reception.
Gold Sponsors
- Acknowledgement as a Gold Sponsor in the Final Programme and on the Congress home page.
- Empty exhibition space size of 30 sqm. Gold sponsor(s) will be able to choose their booth space location(s) within the given exhibition area layout, among the given 30 sqm booth spaces.
- An advertisement in the Final Programme (full inside colour page on the left; excl. films).
- Logo on the Congress website with a link to Sponsor's web page.
- One promotional leaflet in the congress bag (excl. production of the leaflets).
- Acknowledgement in President's address at the Opening and Closing Ceremony.
- Four complimentary registrations.
- Congress logo for use on sponsor's promotional leaflets.
- Five complimentary tickets for both the Gala Dinner and President's Reception.
Silver Sponsors
- Acknowledgement as a Silver Sponsor in the Final Programme and on the Congress home page.
- Empty exhibition space of 20 sqm. Silver sponsor(s) will be able to choose their booth space location(s) within the given exhibition area layout, among the given 20 sqm booth spaces.
- An advertisement in the Final Programme (full inside colour page on the left; excl. films).

- One promotional leaflet in the congress bag.

Interested companies can insert a leaflet or brochure into the congress bags. Material must be provided by June, 8th.
Fee: 2,000 € + VAT
Satellite symposia / workshops
The organiser provides the opportunity for several satellite symposia and workshops in the lunch time or evening (duration 45 minutes) after the official scientific programme, to be held in the indicated halls.
The satellite symposium price includes:
• Hall rental
• Announcement in the Final Programme (title, organiser)
• The sponsor can publish their programme and the proceedings of the satellite symposium

Choice of the date / hour will be given to the level sponsors (starting from platinum).
Satellite symposia programmes must be submitted and approved by the Scientific Committee.
Fee: 9,000 € + VAT
*Above mentioned fee is exclusive of any AV services at the symposia, or any hospitality services.
Congress bags
The sponsor's logo (in addition to the congress logo and congress name) will be printed on the inside of the congress bags.
Fee: 12 € + VAT / per bag (approx. 3000 bags)
*Total number of the bags printed will be revised after the final number of confirmed registrations
Sponsorship of the Congress bag design must be approved by the organiser.

A home page www.eos2012.com has already been opened and may be sponsored by your company.
A hyperlinked logo will enable participants to easily reach your company's home page.
Fee for hyperlink: 1,200 € + VAT
Pocket Scientific Programme and Lanyards
An overview of the scientific programme, including the timetable and other important information will be published
separately from the Final Programme and given to all participants, with name badges.
Company logo published on this special edition pocket programme, as well as on the name badge lanyards.
Fee: 8,000 € + VAT
Internet corner
Congress participants will have access to the internet from computers located in the congress venue.
Sponsor's bonus:
• Acknowledgement as sponsor in the Final Programme.
• Sponsor's screen saver.

Preview Room
All lectures will be uploaded on to the network system in the preview room and transferred to the plenary hall. All speakers are
requested to report to the preview centre. The preview room will be located close to the plenary room and well equipped
to facilitate presentation handling.
Poster Exhibition
A large scientific Poster Exhibition will be organised in conjunction with presentations.
The instructions for all the authors will be given by August 2011. You are welcome to sponsor this scientific event.
Sponsor's bonus:
• Acknowledgement as a Poster Exhibition sponsor in the Final Programme.
• Sign board with sponsor's logo.
Fee: 7,000 € + VAT
Sponsoring of social events
The PCO will provide assistance in the organisation of any social/cultural events that your company would like to host during the Congress in the city and surroundings. Please contact the organiser for ideas and proposals. The Organiser will calculate the costs and programme your event.
Coffee break
Sponsor will be entitled to the following benefits:
• Acknowledgement as a coffee break sponsor in the final programme.
• Sign board with sponsor's logo.
Estimate of costs (per participant): 8 € + VAT
The costs depend on the choice of beverage and food service.
Opening Ceremony and Get-Together Cocktail
Sponsors are entitled to the following benefits:
• Acknowledgement as a Welcome Reception Sponsor in the Final Programme.
• Sign boards of different sizes with sponsors' logos.
